1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 to 15 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, installation charges, and gift cards are non-refundable.
All the exchange product will be delivered within 4-5 business days
And if any refund initiated it will be credited to original payment method within 10-15 days

If the preferred item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
